In this role, you will actively engage with prospective buyers, showcase our premium vehicle inventory, and build lasting relationships that turn prospects into loyal customers. Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct high-end automobile sales by presenting features, benefits, and financing options tailored to customer needs. Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability. Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to keep vehicle listings accurate and appealing. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress efficiently. Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, accessories, and maintenance packages to enhance the customer experience. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism. Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to boost dealership visibility. Skills Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or B2B (business-to-business) transactions. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining positive relationships. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases. Excellent organizational skills for managing a robust sales pipeline and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems is essential. Outstanding communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities, to effectively engage clients. Knowledge of outbound sales techniques such as cold calling combined with inbound customer support strategies. Experience in dealership operations, inventory control, retail math, and automotive marketing is preferred.
