Overview Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Salesperson, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this role, you will be the key to connecting customers with their ideal vehicles, providing exceptional service, and fostering lasting relationships. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment, ensuring each customer experience is memorable and positive. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while working with a diverse inventory of high-quality automobiles. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to build a robust sales pipeline. Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently to customers, tailoring presentations to meet their needs. Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure accurate vehicle listings and availability. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales support activities. Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Cultivate relationships through excellent customer service, active listening, and clear communication, including public speaking engagements when necessary. Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, B2B (business-to-business) sales, and closing high-end sales deals. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math for accurate calculations and record keeping. Excellent phone etiquette, outbound sales experience, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
