Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicles, emphasizing high-end sales and upselling techniques. Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress. Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer budgets, preferences, and financing options to close sales confidently. Demonstrate vehicles' features and benefits through public speaking skills, ensuring customers are well-informed and confident in their purchase decisions. Support inventory management by coordinating with the dealership team to maintain accurate vehicle records and inventory control. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that attract diverse clientele, including multilingual communities. Utilize outbound sales techniques such as phone etiquette and retail math skills to maximize sales efficiency and revenue growth. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies that align with dealership goals, including B2B (business-to-business) sales initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and follow up effectively within a busy setting. Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities that enhance outreach to diverse customer bases. Demonstrated proficiency with CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities. Skilled in negotiation, upselling, and closing deals while maintaining high ethical standards. Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, and retail math principles to optimize sales performance. Outbound sales experience involving cold calling or B2B outreach is advantageous. Ability to deliver compelling presentations through public speaking or demonstration skills. Strong customer service orientation paired with professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
