Automotive Service Advisor

Service Writer Duties:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
• Provide estimates for repairs and services
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, vehicle history, and service details
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive terminology and repair processes
• Familiarity with all under hood repairs is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment is a must
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Proficient computer skills for record keeping and scheduling We offer competitive pay based on experience. Mitchell1 and Napa Tracs software knowledge preferred but not required. Willing to train on the job.
• Pay based off experience and is negotiable.
