Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

Greet customers warmly, guide them through the service process, and ensure they feel informed and confident throughout.

Communication:

Clearly explain recommended services and answer customer questions—no technical jargon required.

Organization:

Create and manage service orders, keep track of appointments, and ensure smooth coordination with technicians.

Support:

Help schedule vehicle service, assist with basic diagnostics, and follow up with customers after their visit.

Collaboration:

Work closely with service technicians, parts staff, and fellow advisors to create a seamless, friendly environment.

Qualifications:
