We have a sales position available to help maintain customer relationships by focusing on their recommended services. Responsibilities Primary role is to provide amazing customer service - presenting and selling automotive repair and preventative maintenance. Answer calls from customers, guiding them to bring their vehicles in. Calling customers to schedule them to come in to complete previously recommended services. Greet and guide customers as they arrive for their appointments. Maintain communication with customers on the status of their vehicle's repairs. Ensure all parts needed for the repairs have been ordered and are ready for the appointment. Follow up on all repairs from the previous week to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications High Level Customer service - both over the Phone and In-Person (You really need to like people!) Love to Sell! Ability to maintain a hardworking, self-starting attitude throughout the workday. Excellent verbal and written communication skills No fear of making phone calls Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting Attention to detail Valid driver's license
