Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and repair options. Provide accurate estimates and ensure timely updates on repair progress. Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and managing expectations. Process customer transactions, including service charges, payments, and warranties. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and follow-ups. Stay current on product knowledge and automotive trends. Ensure that all service work is performed in accordance with dealership standards. What we're looking for: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or in a similar automotive customer service role. Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and service procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of automotive industry tools and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
