• including themselves What You Will Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain Land Rover vehicles to OEM specifications Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs with precision and documentation discipline Communicate clearly with advisors and shop leadership to keep work moving Protect guest safety and trust through quality control and comeback prevention Perform test drives to confirm repair quality before vehicle return Recommend preventative maintenance services to guests Maintain a clean, organized bay consistent with Land Rover standards What You Bring Must have: 2+ years of dealership technician experience Strong diagnostic and electrical skills with ability to follow OEM procedures Clean driving record and valid driver's license Team-first communication•advisors, dispatch, and shop foreman depend on you Strong plus: Land Rover, Jaguar, or European luxury brand experience Land Rover factory certifications (required for sign-on bonus eligibility) Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications

Compensation and Benefits Pay:

$37.30

• $45.

00 per flat-rate hour based on experience and certifications

Sign-On:

Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for Land Rover certified technicians
