Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive service, diagnostics, and maintenance.
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.
We are looking for someone who is capable of performing jobs such as A/C repair, airbag repair/diagnosis, or advanced electrical diagnosis.
HIRING BONUS
$1000 after three months of employment, $2000 after six months, and $3000 after one year. Duties Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues with vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools. Repair and replace automotive electrical systems and components as needed. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete repairs. Maintain accurate records of all services performed on vehicles. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the dealership environment. Align wheels and perform suspension repairs to enhance vehicle handling and safety. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs. Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role in a dealership or repair shop setting. Strong understanding of automotive systems, including mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic processes. Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their concerns. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Relevant certifications or training in automotive technology is preferred but not required.
