DESCRIPTION OF PAY

$20-$26 per hour plus commissions on sales

POSITION SUMMARY

As an Automotive Service Writer/Sales Associate for Big O Tires, you will focus on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty, and maximizing sales. If you have a service sales background, a proven track record in tire and/or automotive repair sales, and are highly committed to delivering the best service experience to our guests, we would like to talk with you .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales of tires and service-related needs Build customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing an excellent guest experience Achieve a thorough knowledge of all products, services, warranties, and maintenance issues Keep up to date through online as well as in-person training Assist store manager and other sales or service associates as needed in order to exceed our customers' expectations Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the building and perimeter areas Assist in receiving or transferring goods and maintenance of the inventory including unloading trucks and warehouse stocking Maintain showroom merchandise Willingness to assist tire and oil change technicians when short-staffed Act as assistant manager when store manager is off site

QUALIFICATIONS 2

years minimum tire & auto service sales experience Strong auto service and/or tire sales knowledge Good leadership abilities and team building Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficient at preventive maintenance sales Maintain professional appearance at all times Driver's license
