Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of automotive technicians Distribute work effectively among technicians to maximize shop productivity Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair plans and timelines Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs Maintain a high level of shop organization, efficiency, and morale Deliver exceptional workmanship that meets or exceeds customer expectations Train and support new technicians

Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and repair Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ASE certifications

Monday -

Friday:

7:30 AM - 5:30 PM No nights. No weekends.
