Summary We are seeking a dedicated Shop Supervisor/Dispatcher to join our team in Northeast Ohio. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing shop operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service that aligns with our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Supervise daily shop operations to ensure optimal workflow and productivity. Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repair orders and manage schedules. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations within the shop. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering parts as needed. Train and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative work environment. Address customer concerns and provide exceptional service. Analyze shop performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with management to implement best practices. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair or maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics. Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
