Looking for experienced techs, please no entry level techs. Lots of hours available! Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues with engines, electrical systems, transmissions, powertrain components, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements to keep vehicles in optimal condition. Repair or replace faulty components including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel engines with precision and attention to detail. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems efficiently. Perform wheel alignments and suspension adjustments to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety standards. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized automotive repair tools safely and effectively. Conduct vehicle inspections for service estimates, communicate findings clearly to customers, and provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process. Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all repairs performed while adhering to dealership or company standards. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies including ADAS calibration procedures and electrical system advancements. Assist in training junior technicians when needed and contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on quality service. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician within a automotive repair shop. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures. Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting electrical systems. Experience working on GM & Ford vehicles or similar makes is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of ADAS calibration, wheel alignment techniques, powertrain repairs, transmissions, diesel engine repair, and automotive electrical systems is highly desirable. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair tools required for various tasks. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Ability to interpret auto estimating software for parts ordering and billing processes. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ASE certification or equivalent credentials are a plus. Willingness to learn new technologies such as advanced diagnostics for electric vehicles or hybrid systems. Join us in delivering top-tier automotive service!
