We're looking for experienced, motivated Automotive Technicians who are ready to own their craft and maximize their income. Whether you're working independently or alongside a team, we want people who take pride in their work and thrive in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities:

• Full diagnostics using state-of-the-art scan tools
• Tire installation and repair
• A/C & Heating service
• Steering and suspension repair
• Radiator and cooling system services
• Brakes and brake repair
• Batteries, starters & alternators
• Oil changes and maintenance
• Muffler and exhaust service
• Check engine light diagnosis
• Safety & courtesy inspections Qualifications
• Proven experience in brakes, suspension, exhaust, and engine diagnostics
• Strong individual productivity and a team-player mindset
• Experience with shop equipment (lifts, alignments, scan tools, etc.)
• ASE Certifications (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Personal tools (Diagnostic scanner/tools are a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree a plus)
• State-specific repair certifications (if required) What You Get
