We are here to provide opportunity for techs, advising staff, customers, and change the service standard of local auto service forever. I have operated this business in every way possible from a one-man-band to variations of different staff and can say with all certainty that JP Automotive is the absolute best version today as it has ever been. We have been adding lifts, building out office area for more staff, optimizing every inch of the building, taking on more shop space, and engineering the entire business around team excellence and customer experience. We don't ask for perfection but we are looking for someone who is accountable and knows how to work. Someone who takes pride in their work. Does good inspections. Isn't afraid to dig in.
