SHOP EXPERIENCED PEOPLE
to Join our dynamic automotive service team as an Automotive Technician, where your mechanical expertise and passion for vehicle repair will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Whether working on traditional engines or advanced automotive electrical systems, you'll be empowered to utilize your skills to deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment that values precision, innovation, and teamwork. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostics tools and schematics to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and electrical components. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service equipment to complete repairs efficiently. Repair or replace ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) components and calibrate sensors for optimal performance. Conduct wheel alignments and perform detailed vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met or exceeded. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical problems. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair procedures. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, ADAS calibration, diesel engine repair, and auto estimating processes. Familiarity with schematics, automotive diagnostics software, and troubleshooting techniques for modern vehicles including GM models. Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and transmission servicing. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive service machinery safely and effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly. Customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
