Job Description

At Auto Service Elevated, we operate at a high standard. This role is for automotive service technicians who take pride in their work, hold themselves accountable, and want to continuously improve. What This Role Actually Looks Like This is a production-focused shop with structure, expectations, accountability, and modern technology integrated into daily operations. On a typical day, you will: Repair and service domestic, Asian, and European vehicles, along with watercraft applications Complete repairs from start to finish with minimal supervision Perform digital vehicle inspections (DVI) with clear notes, photos, and recommendations Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and modern repair technology Work with evolving vehicle systems including: Electrical systems, Drivability concerns, ADAS systems, Network communication systems, Computerized vehicle components Manage workflow and stay productive throughout the day Communicate consistently with service advisors and teammates Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe Follow safety procedures and shop standards in a drug-free workplace Double-check your work before vehicles leave the shop Take ownership of mistakes and correct them promptly Continue developing your skills through training and hands-on experience How We Operate Our team is built on the following principles: Teamwork We support each other and work toward shared goals. What We're Looking For Mid-level experience as an automotive technician with a problem-solving mindset (able to complete most repairs independently) Experience working on multiple makes and models (domestic, Asian, European preferred) Willingness to learn and expand into marine service and diagnostics Accountability and attention to detail Efficient, organized, and consistent work habits Team-oriented mindset with clear communication Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Own tools preferred What We Offer 4-day work week (better work-life balance) Ongoing company-paid training (including diagnostic training and skill development) Tool allowance after orientation period Paid Time Off that accrues, with 40 hours available after 6 months Stable, full-time work environment Housing assistance for the right candidate Relocation support available for the right candidate Raises/Bonuses are based on skill level, education, performance and contributing to the overall success of the business What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) First 30 Days Learns shop systems, workflow, and expectations Completes basic repairs independently Begins using DVI correctly Learns diagnostic processes and shop technology systems Communicates consistently with the team By 60 Days Handles most repairs without supervision Maintains steady productivity Produces consistent, accurate work Demonstrates strong organization and time management Uses diagnostic tools and repair information systems effectively By 90 Days Fully integrated into shop workflow Consistently meets performance and quality expectations Diagnoses and repairs vehicles efficiently using shop technology and tooling Communicates proactively without being prompted Takes ownership of work and outcomes Shows measurable growth in skill and confidence Our Standard We expect our team to take pride in their craftsmanship, communicate clearly, and continuously improve.
