What You'll Work On General repair & maintenance Diagnostics & electrical (scan tools, wiring, ADAS) Brakes & suspension Engine & transmission (R&R and rebuilds) European & luxury vehicles What We Offer Flat rate pay — competitive flag hours Clean, organized shop with quality equipment AC shop (yes, it matters in Indio) Supportive new ownership invested in your growth Opportunity to be a key player as we scale What We're Looking For 5+ years hands-on experience as an A-Tech ASE certifications preferred (A1-A8 or Master Tech) Strong diagnostic and electrical skills Proficient with scan tools and modern vehicle systems Reliable, professional, and a team player
