Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Automotive Technician - A (Diagnostic Technician) some European experience a plus ( Not a must) to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of vehicle diagnostics and repairs, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Your expertise will ensure our customers' vehicles operate safely and reliably, delivering exceptional service and technical excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced mechanics passionate about automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, and complex repairs to thrive in a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform detailed diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles, including GM models and diesel engines, using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and schematics. Identify mechanical, electrical, transmission, powertrain, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) issues with precision. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service tools to disassemble, repair, or replace faulty components. Conduct vehicle maintenance procedures such as alignments, wheel balancing, and system calibrations to ensure optimal performance. Interpret automotive electrical systems diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex electronic issues effectively. Repair or replace transmissions, engines (including diesel), and other major components while adhering to manufacturer specifications. Collaborate with the service team to provide accurate auto estimating and communicate repair findings clearly to customers. Maintain detailed records of diagnostics performed, repairs completed, and parts used to ensure transparency and accountability. Qualifications Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and ADAS technologies. Skilled in reading schematics and using diagnostic software for precise troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance procedures such as alignments, wheel balancing, diesel engine repair, welding, and general automotive service. Familiarity with GM vehicles is a plus; however, experience across various makes is valued. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Pay:
$45.00 - $52.00 per hour
