What You'll Do Perform brake, suspension, steering, and cooling system repairs Complete maintenance services and repair work efficiently and accurately Perform R&R (remove and replace) of automotive components Diagnose common drivability and check engine light concerns Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) Help build strong workflow and shop standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates Continue developing advanced diagnostic skills What We're Looking For 3+ years automotive repair experience Strong mechanical ability and repair quality Experience with brakes, suspension, and general repair Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently on most repairs Positive attitude and team mindset Desire to continue learning and advancing Valid driver's license Personal tools required ASE Certifications are a plus.
