40-50+ Position Summary Promotive is hiring an experienced B Level Automotive Technician for a trusted, locally owned shop in Clover, SC. This full-time, Monday-Friday role offers competitive hourly pay, weekly bonuses, and a strong work-life balance with no weekends. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and repairs on domestic, Asian, and occasional European vehicles Complete brake, steering, and suspension repairs with efficiency and accuracy Execute Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using TekMetric Perform general automotive repair and maintenance services Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Deliver high-quality, honest repairs that build customer trust Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and consistently flag 40+ hours per week Experience with brakes, suspension, and general repair work Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a background check and drug screen ASE certifications are a plus (not required) Must have own tools and experience using scan tools (Autel, Snap-On preferred)

Compensation & Bonus Structure Hourly Pay:

$25

• 35/hr flat rate
