Our technicians are responsible for checking diagnostic codes and replacing defective parts, and must be capable problem solvers who are always looking for alternative approaches to resolving customer issues.

Duties:

Be prompt and present at each morning meeting. Test drive, Diagnose and repair vehicles correctly (the FIRST time) in the order given by the service advisor and/or the lead technician. Verify all parts are correct before starting repairs on each job. Look for any additional repairs needed on every vehicle you work on and list them in order of necessity for the service writer. (safety first ) Test drive and/or rerack vehicle to verify it is 100% ready for delivery to customer. Clean up (shop and vehicle) everything associated with repairs before moving onto the next job. Maintain a clean workspace.
