Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain GM vehicles (Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac) Perform advanced diagnostics on electrical, infotainment, engine, and drivability issues Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend needed services Document repairs clearly and follow all GM and dealership procedures Maintain productivity goals while ensuring quality workmanship Keep work area clean and safe Qualifications Previous experience as an automotive technician (GM experience strongly preferred) ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain); GM certifications a plus Valid State Motor Vehicle Mechanics Certificate Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Strong computer and technical skills Proficiency with scan tools and computerized diagnostic equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Strong work ethic and commitment to quality Tool assistance program available Pay Range $75,000 - $110,000 (based on experience, certifications, and productivity) Top performers have strong earning potential in our high-volume shop.
