Automotive Technician - Independent Shop Pit Crew Automotive is an independent repair shop run by people who really understand auto repair operations. Pit Crew is a new, high-growth business in a proven location and is building the right way. Pit Crew is looking to hire an ASE-certified Automotive Technician with real hands-on experience who wants stability now and room to grow with the business. What You'll Be Doing This is general automotive repair: Brakes, suspension, steering, cooling, maintenance, drivability Accurate repairs done once, done right Basic diagnostics Working with service info and standard scan tools Keeping work clean, safe, and professional Experience & Requirements ASE Certification - required Minimum 2 years professional experience (more is better) Valid driver's license Able to work independently without babysitting Knows the difference between "fast" and "hacky" Pay

• Pay based on skill, experience, and efficiency
• $30+ per hour + benefits
