Job Snapshot Full-Time Great Hours

• 5 day work week
• Closed on Sundays Paid weekly
• Every Friday Up to $70/hour with experience & production bonus Michigan Mechanic Certifications required Strong Parts counter/department Experienced lane with high performing Advisors Apprentice programs available if you do not have experience Automotive

• Parts, Retail, Sales, Service Job Description Perform repairs in a timely manner.

Suggests products, services, equipment to improve sales, safety, or customer satisfaction Completes Inspection Report Card by inspecting for damage or safety concerns. Advises Service Adviser on vehicle condition and/or findings from inspection. Helps keep service bays clean, clear of obstacles so technicians may move freely. Ensures high quality service and repairs are provided to every customer Responsible for other duties as assigned and/or required by business need. Job Requirements Valid U.S. Driver's license State of Michigan Mechanic Certifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work and communicate effectively with others by valuing teamwork, listening, speaking, and writing effectively. Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently. Ability to achieve high standards by focusing on customer satisfaction, working efficiently, and displaying professionalism with integrity. Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
