Automotive Technician (Suspension, Brakes, & A/C Specialist)

We are looking for a dependable Automotive Technician to join our team. Our shop specializes in efficient, high-quality mechanical repairs. We focus on "above-the-frame" and "outer-mechanical" work—specifically front-end suspension, braking systems, and A/C service.

Note:

We specialize in specialized mechanical repairs. We do not perform steering rack replacements or interior dash-pull work.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End & Suspension:

Expertly diagnose and replace control arms, ball joints, struts, shocks, and wheel bearings.

Braking Systems:

Perform full brake services, including pads, rotors, calipers, and hydraulic lines.

A/C Service:

Diagnose and repair A/C systems (compressors, condensers, and recharges).

General Maintenance:

Conduct inspections and basic mechanical repairs on a variety of makes, including but not limited to Ford, GM, Dodge, Cadillac, Toyota, and Nissan.

Digital Records:

Maintain clean shop logs and customer invoices using ARI.APP.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

3-5+ years of professional experience in an automotive shop environment.

Focus:

High proficiency in suspension geometry and A/C diagnostics.

Tools:

Must have a set of personal tools to perform the jobs listed above.

Efficiency:

A "no-nonsense" approach to getting vehicles back on the road safely and quickly.

Pay:

$15.75 - $26.89 per hour
