Automotive Technician/Mechanic Full time

Our shop handles everything from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and we're looking for a skilled mechanic who takes pride in doing the job right. Located in the beautiful San Bernardino Mountains. You could find yourself fishing on your lunch hour! Position Overview The Automotive Technician/Mechanic will diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of vehicles with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, works well independently, and thrives in a fast-paced shop. Key Responsib i lities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on all makes and models.
• Conduct inspections and identify mechanical issues with accuracy.
• Mount, balance, and repair tires (Passenger, light truck and larger)
• Complete brake, suspensions, steering and alignment work.
• Perform oil changes, fluid services and general maintenance.
• Follow all shop safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively and responsibly. Qualifications
• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience (preferred)
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Own basic tools (shop provides specialty equipment)
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic

Pay:

$20.00
