Automotive Title Clerk

TITLE CLERK POSITION

- The Holly Automotive Group is currently seeking experienced candidates to immediately fill an Automotive Automotive Title Clerk Position.

Responsibilities Include :

Posting sold automobile transactions in accounting Verify accuracy and completeness of all required forms Ensure appropriate inspections, registrations, and title compliance for every vehicle. Process the issuing of all license plates, transfers, and acquisition of dealer titles. Maintain inventory of temporary tags. Work closely with the DMV to resolve any issues. Maintain titles for dealer inventory. Obtaining payoff information from financial institutions. Process and submit all required paperwork for sold vehicles to DMV.

General office duties including:

answering telephones, and filing. Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills Ability to deal with confidential info appropriately Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, and an ability to multi-task Professional & dependable Problem solving & analytical skills CDK experience preferred but not required.
