Job Description

Automotive Warranty Administrator We are seeking a reliable and organized Warranty Administrator to manage and process manufacturer warranty claims with accuracy and efficiency. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with factory policies and maximizing reimbursement. You'll collaborate closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturer representatives to ensure warranty submissions are processed quickly and correctly. Responsibilities Review, prepare, and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer in accordance with dealership and factory guidelines Track warranty claim status and follow up on unpaid or rejected claims Ensure compliance with all manufacturer policies and documentation requirements Maintain organized and accurate records of all warranty submissions Communicate with service and parts departments to verify work performed and parts used Reconcile warranty payments and process adjustments as needed Coordinate with manufacturer representatives during warranty audits Assist with administrative tasks and reporting within the service department
Qualifications:
