Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Auxiliary Electrician with foundational knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC components. In this role, you will support electrical wiring, assembly, and installation tasks for HVAC units, control systems, and related equipment. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow into a full electrician or HVAC technician role while gaining hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or facilities‑based environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with wiring HVAC units, electrical panels, motors, and control systems. Support the installation of sensors, relays, contactors, switches, and related components. Perform routine electrical tasks such as cable routing, fastening, labeling, and terminations. Follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions accurately. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical equipment. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols. Collaborate with production teams, HVAC technicians, and engineering staff on ongoing projects. Qualifications & SkillsRequired High school diploma or GED. Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuits. Familiarity with HVAC components such as motors, fans, thermostats, sensors, relays, and contactors. Ability to read or learn to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and work orders. Experience using electrical hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Preferred (Not Required) Technical school training in electrical, HVAC, or industrial maintenance. Experience wiring HVAC equipment, electrical panels, or industrial machinery. Understanding of
NEC, OSHA
safety standards, or general electrical codes. Familiarity with low‑voltage control circuits or automation components. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly. Frequent bending, climbing, standing, and hands‑on work for extended periods. Comfortable working in shop or production environments with varying temperatures and noise levels.Job Type:
