Job Type:
Part-time + Flexible scheduling with the ability to pick up additional hours based on your availability and client needs
Pay:
Caring for an
Individual Client Rate:
Weekdays $20.00 per hour~ Weekends $21.00 per hour Caring for
Couples Rate:
Weekdays $25.00 per hour~ Weekends $26.00 per hour Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming. Provide medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences. Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to management. Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being. Support individuals with memory care needs through structured activities and reminders. Assist clients in mobility, including lifting or transferring them safely when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients Requirements Comfortable traveling throughout Waukesha Co. to client's home Drivers License/Insurance is a must Able to work 20hrs a week, along with an every other weekend Previous experience in caregiving or related fields for at least 1 year preferred Knowledge of memory care techniques and medication administration is a plus. Ability to lift and assist clients as needed while following safety protocols. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a strong and supportive team environment A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Basic understanding of patient monitoring practices is beneficial.
