WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You will create opportunities and build real relationships with homeowners. This is a professional, face to face residential sales role where you will: Engage homeowners daily and spark interest in permanent outdoor lighting Set qualified consultations for design and installation Present customized lighting solutions as you grow into a closer role Train weekly with leaders focused on skill, confidence, and production Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential.
