• Desktop Engineer - Hardware Refresh Project
• Overview
• We are seeking Deployment Technicians to support a high-volume hardware refresh project involving approximately 2,500 devices, with the potential for extension. This role is part of a collaborative team consisting of a Lead and 2-4 technicians, focused on delivering efficient, large-scale device deployments in a professional, customer-facing environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• Perform "search and destroy" workstation replacements (locate, remove, and install devices)
• Execute hot swaps of thin clients, laptops, and monitors
• Ensure all equipment is properly connected, tested, and fully functional
• Transfer user data and reconnect printers during deployments
• Provide direct, hands-on support to end users throughout the process
• Follow project schedules and direction from the Lead Technician
• Environment

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
