Azure Infrastructure Engineer (Azure Cloud Support Engineer)

Location:

Westerville OH/ Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) We are looking for an experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer { Cloud Support Engineer } to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments. This role involves Azure cloud operations, Windows server administration, hybrid infrastructure support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Azure infrastructure including Virtual Machines, VNets, Storage, Load Balancers, and monitoring tools Manage hybrid environments integrating on-prem and Azure services Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AD Connect, VPNs, and Active Directory Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and cloud-related issues Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and system health checks Support VMware/Hyper-V environments and Windows Server administration Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and operational tasks Monitor system performance, backups, disaster recovery, and security compliance Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and security teams

Required Skills:

Microsoft Azure Infrastructure (IaaS) Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD Windows Server Administration VMware or Hyper-V PowerShell Scripting Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure VPN /

ExpressRoute Incident Management & Troubleshooting Preferred:

Microsoft 365 Administration Exchange Administration ITIL knowledge Backup & Disaster Recovery experience

Education:

Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
