About the Position We're looking for a skilled Azure Systems Administrator who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and enjoys bringing a bit of personality to their work. In this role, you'll serve as the go-to problem solver for escalated issues-protecting servers from downtime, keeping networks running smoothly, and delivering top-tier support to clients. What You'll Do Deliver daily Tier 2 support for end users both onsite and remotely. Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and patch management for servers and network infrastructure. Manage and administer Active Directory, M365, and Azure environments. Support Windows Server, desktop environments, and networking devices. Troubleshoot user issues, printer setups, VPN access, and connectivity problems. Maintain documentation and ensure all client systems stay secure and up to date. Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations and project support when needed. What You'll Bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Experience with Azure Entra ID, Azure VM's, Intune, Point, and Exchange Online. Familiarity with firewalls, networking fundamentals, and remote management tools. Excellent troubleshooting, time-management, and client communication skills. A proactive mindset and eagerness to keep learning new technologies.
