Job Description
Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic B2B Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our corporate client base. In this pivotal role, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, and develop innovative strategies to position our solutions as the preferred choice in the marketplace. Your proactive approach and strategic mindset will be essential in accelerating our company's success within the B2B sector. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach to potential corporate clients. Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans aligned with company goals to increase market share. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Lead negotiations, draft proposals, and close deals that benefit both clients and the company, ensuring clear communication of value propositions. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility within the B2B landscape. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Coordinate cross-functional projects including sales strategies, product presentations, and client onboarding to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in business development or sales within a B2B environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; experience with CRM software is highly preferred. Excellent negotiation skills combined with strategic planning abilities to craft compelling proposals and close deals effectively. Solid understanding of sales processes, project management principles, and customer relationship management techniques. Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to engage diverse stakeholders confidently. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in sales or project management are a plus.
