  • Full-time SUMMARY:
    We are actively seeking candidates to join CED's B2B Sales Trainee Program. We provide the tools and training for learning the ins and outs of our business and no prior electrical knowledge is required. Candidates will own multiple clients' books of business, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide sales support. The 24-month rotational position includes:
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Customer Service
  • Account Management
  • Outside Sales
  • Purchasing
  • Operations
  • and more!
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and uses their time efficiently. They also possess good communication skills and are excited to be involved in business goals and initiatives.
REPORTS TO
PC Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future) Computer proficiency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree OR associate degree in relevant field OR 2 years customer service experience Strong negotiation skills Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to solve complex problems Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Focus on customer service Organized and have a system for note taking and recollection of information
WORKING CONDITIONS
Conditions vary based on the trainee's current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments including customer sites. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel
  • both by car and by air.
Manufacturing client facilities may have hazards or dirty conditions.
