BOH / Cook Join a Crew That Cooks with Heart - The Old Icehouse | Edmond, OK Are you someone who takes pride in working hard, keeping things clean, and putting out food that makes people smile? Proof Concepts is hiring back-of-house pros for our Edmond-based concept - The Old Icehouse , a full-service neighborhood eatery/bar/music venue. Priority for team members with availability Saturday/Sunday 9a-4p, Sunday evenings, and/or lunch Friday lunch shifts. Pay comparable to experience with room to grow quickly. We're not just looking for skills - we're looking for great people who bring energy, positivity, and hustle to every shift.

What You'll Do:

Cook and plate delicious, consistent food with attention to speed and quality. Follow recipes and prep standards with precision every time. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe (because clean kitchens make great food). Work as a team and help wherever needed; no egos here. Uphold health and safety regulations with care and consistency. Take pride in your work, your station, and your crew.

What We're Looking For:

Understanding of food safety, kitchen sanitation, and time management. Cool under pressure; you move with urgency and work clean. Flexible availability; weekends and evenings are where we shine. Someone who wants to be part of a team that treats each other with respect.
