Back of House Team Member (Full-Time & Part-Time Available)

We are currently hiring Front of House and Back of House team members to join our Chick-fil-A On the Rock Road team at both restaurants. Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile Create and Maintain Eye Contact Speak Enthusiastically Make Emotional Connections with Guests Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Work on their feet for several hours at a time Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned
