Duties Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to tables efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables quickly to maintain a smooth flow of service. Support the kitchen staff with food handling, preparation assistance, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to relay orders accurately. Provide exceptional guest service by answering questions about menu items and accommodating special requests with a positive attitude. Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, side stations, and service stations to uphold health standards and create an inviting atmosphere. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods and contribute to a lively, energetic work environment. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving, bussing, or food handling roles. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing. Previous banquet or hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced settings. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure.
