McClain Camarota Hospitality is built on the partnership between James Beard award-winning chef Shawn McClain and Chef Richard Camarota, two industry leaders who combine culinary innovation with disciplined execution. They operate multiple restaurants across the country. Boulevard Food and Drink Hall is a fast paced, team oriented food hall concept built around variety, quality, and consistency. Partnering with Lucky Goat, Antique Taco, Urban Belly, Tabo Sushi, Five50 Pizza, Dailies, and Pretty Cool Ice Cream. The food hall brings multiple concepts together under one roof, but the focus stays the same across the board: quality, consistency, and execution. Our team is involved, present, and focused on building a kitchen culture where standards are clear and the team takes pride in the work.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Bake and Produce Daily Pastries:
Prepare high-quality pastries and baked goods according to recipes, standards, work with the Chef to add new and exciting pastries and production schedules.
Read and Execute Product Mixes Accurately:
Review daily PMixes to determine correct production quantities and ensure the right amount of product is prepared for service. Follow Recipes with
Precision:
Efficiently read, interpret, and follow standardized recipes to maintain consistency, quality, and portion control. Self Actualized - create, design, and work with the chef to add pastries that would be fiscally responsible, while maintaining quality standards
Maintain Proper Food Safety & Sanitation:
Adhere to all health department regulations and internal sanitation standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. Multitask in a
Fast-Paced Setting:
Manage multiple tasks, prep lists, and baking timelines simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality. Collaborate with Front-of-House (FOH): Communicate with FOH team members to understand product needs, restocking requirements, and café-specific demands.
Maintain Equipment & Workspaces:
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly; ensure workstations are properly cleaned, stocked, and maintained.
Inventory & Organization:
Assist with receiving, storing, labeling, rotating, and organizing product to maintain proper inventory levels and freshness.
