Our pastry team plays a key role in delivering memorable experiences through handcrafted desserts and baked good enjoyed by guests across the resort. Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and bake goods that reflect Hyatt standards. This role supports daily resort operations, banquets, and special events. Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times Maintain cleanliness andanization of the pastry kitchen and equipment . Qualifications Previous experience as a baker or pasty cook preferred. Culinary or pastry education a plus. Knowledge of baking, and food safety standards.
