Responsibilities Lead and supervise bakery staff, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure a motivated and efficient team. Oversee daily bakery operations, including production, inventory control, merchandising, and quality assurance to maintain product freshness and presentation standards. Manage purchasing and procurement of ingredients and supplies Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales performance while ensuring excellent customer service. Monitor inventory levels regularly to prevent shortages or overstocking; conduct stock audits and implement inventory control procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and store policies to create a safe environment for staff and customers. Skills Proven management experience in retail or food service environments with strong leadership capabilities. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred for diverse customer interactions. Skilled in purchasing, budgeting, and retail math to optimize store profitability. Demonstrated ability in training & development, supervising staff, and team management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently across shift management, scheduling, and administrative duties. Experience in marketing strategies to promote bakery products effectively within store environment.
