Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for our baking plant in Iowa.
MUST HAVE BAKERY EXPERIENCE.
You will be working directly with the Plant Manager. It's not a 9-5 job but an excellent opportunity to gain high speed bakery experience and career development in Plant Management, Certification, Continuous Improvement and Product Development. Requires excellent computer software skills. The location is near the resort town of Clear Lake and 2 hours to either Des Moines or Minneapolis. Currently the plant works Monday-Friday.
