Bakery/Cafe Barista and Retailer (PT) OPENING shifts and weekends

NOW hiring ! immediate positions available. Candidate must have 4-5 days of availability during the week and be must be able to work weekends and holidays. This is a part time job but work availability is key. Please confirm the hours for this for a OPENING position. Hours are approx 5 am to 1pm We are looking for dedicated, passionate, hard-working individual to be part of the team. The Barista / Cashier candidate should be customer focused, motivated, and outgoing. Candidate should be committed to providing outstanding service and quality products every day. Job Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards, Deliver exceptional customer service. Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products. Operate POS Cash register for customer orders Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items. Follows PB operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift. Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed. Maintains, or ensures maintenance of, a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; maintains equipment in accordance with PB cleanliness and safety standards. Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing. Immediately reports safety hazards and violations. Maintains regular and punctual attendance. Job Skills The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embraced working a flexible schedule. Ability to learn quickly. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team. 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred.
