VIETWICH

is creating a unique environment for artisan Banh Mi's and handcrafted tapioca. Requirements/Responsibilities Each Team Member is responsible for helping with all operational aspects of the shop that includes but is not limited to: customer service, opening and closing procedures, and contributing to a positive work environment. Restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

A LOVE FOR BANH MI AND TAPIOCA IS A MUST!

Fast paced environment, maintain quality and speed of food services. Ability to work as a team player. Cleanliness and hygiene. Able to cross train and work efficiently in different departments. Food handling. Be proactive and detail oriented. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed. Ability to work a flexible schedule; mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to learn quickly. Help contribute to a positive team environment. Physical Requirements include but not limited to: Able to stand for long periods of time. Climbing, reaching, walking, grasping, repetitive motions. Able to bend and lift up to 50lbs.

Qualifications:

1 + years of experience in food handling/grilling preferred but not limited to. Ability to work on your feet through an entire shift. Must speak English, Spanish is a plus. Basic food handling and preparation knowledge. Works well under pressure, and in a high volume environment. Reliable and trustworthy.
