You should hold a Level 3 diploma in children and young people's residential care, or be willing to work towards. This is an Ofsted requirement. You should have experience with working with children and young people You should be dedicated to providing outstanding care You should be suitable to work with Children. A DBS Certificate is a requirement for the role.
