Duties:

• Perform various cash management tasks, including counting and verifying cash, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash drawers.
• Utilize 10 key typing skills to accurately input numerical data.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their banking needs and answering any questions they may have.
• Process customer transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
• Assist with cashiering duties, including handling cash, checks, and other forms of payment.
• Use math skills to calculate balances, interest rates, and fees.
• Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a banking or financial institution is preferred but not required.
• Strong math skills and the ability to perform calculations accurately.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
