Paralegal - Chapter 13 Bankruptcy | Utah County Rogers & Russell isn't your typical law firm—and this isn't your typical paralegal role. We're a fast-growing Utah County firm looking for someone who wants to step into a high-impact Chapter 13 bankruptcy paralegal position . This role is for someone who can manage deadlines, communicate clearly with clients, work directly with attorneys, and keep cases moving from filing through confirmation and beyond. Chapter 13 work is detail-heavy, deadline-driven, and client-facing. The right person will be organized, steady under pressure, and able to handle a lot of moving parts without losing track of the details. You'll help clients through one of the most stressful seasons of their lives and play a key role in getting cases confirmed, maintained, and completed. What You'll Do Take ownership of Chapter 13 case administration from filing through confirmation and post-confirmation issues Communicate directly with clients regarding documents, plan payments, trustee requirements, deadlines, and case updates Prepare and manage bankruptcy forms, schedules, statements, plans, amendments, notices, and related filings Track confirmation deadlines, objections, trustee requests, plan modifications, payment issues, and dismissal risks Coordinate with attorneys, trustees, creditors, and clients to keep cases moving Review paystubs, tax returns, claims, budgets, creditor information, and client documents for completeness and accuracy Assist with amended plans, motions to incur debt, motions to sell, stay relief issues, trustee objections, and post-confirmation matters Keep files, deadlines, and workflows tight, organized, and current Work directly with attorneys and clients—this is not a back-office-only role What We're Looking For Strong organization and attention to detail Clear communication skills, especially with clients under stress Ability to manage deadlines and follow through without constant supervision Comfort working with numbers, budgets, claims, payment histories, and court deadlines Law office experience preferred Bankruptcy experience strongly preferred; Chapter 13 experience is a major plus Experience with Best Case, CM/ECF, Stretto, trustee portals, or similar systems is helpful Someone who wants to grow into a key operator, not just fill a seat Why Rogers & Russell Real responsibility early—you won't be sidelined Meaningful client-facing work Strong compensation with significant bonus opportunity for high performers A role where your performance and value can directly increase your earning potential Strong bankruptcy practice with room to grow Team culture that's driven but human Based in Utah County—this is for someone who wants to build here long-term The Right Fit The right person for this role is reliable, organized, and calm under pressure.
