About the location:

Luxurious mountain lodge in the heart of the American West. Nestled in a verdant mountain valley, Five-Star Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is surrounded by some of America's most rugged peaks, celebrated ski runs and wildlife in nearby Grand Teton National Park. Adventure for every season awaits, complemented by luxurious guest rooms and onsite amenities. Responsibilities The Banquet Server serves guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. This includes each selection's, origin, taste, and preparation method. have a passion for food and wine and exceptional service. Offer pre-determined menu selections to each table. Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the Banquet Manager or kitchen; Transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality. Greet guests in a professional manner and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Assist in set-up of linen, china, glass, silver, and accent pieces for each function according to the banquet event order. Respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Plate, prepare and serve food. Assist with set-up and breakdown of banquet events. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Some travel may be required. Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in food and beverage service Strong oral presentation skills Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding events Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations Legal work authorization in the United States required Benefits!
